Post Event Slow and Go “Recovery” Protocol
This is what you do the day after your race, super hard training session, endurance race, ultra marathon, or even just a really hard day at the gym. The goal is to be able to train hard again around 30-36 hrs. One at a time through the day works best until the night to do a full protocol.
